Shipping and Handling Fees
Most of the prices in the Paypal buttons include shipping costs via Mexican Post Service with tracking number.
--Choose the shipping option that matches your place of residence. If your place of residence does not appear,
choose the option that says no shipping included, then actual shipping will be calculated using your address,
and you will be sent a paypal invoice for this balance due.
--If you are interested in combined shipping, please choose the optioin that says no shipping included,
then actual shipping will be calculated using your address, and you will be sent a paypal invoice for this balance due.
--Want us to use another company for the shipping? Choose the optioin that says no shipping included,
indicate which shipping service you would like us to use in the comments section when you pay the cost of the item through paypal,
and then we will find out the shipping charges from your shipper of choice, and invoice you for their actuall shipping charges.
Shipping insurance
You can either add 10% the the price of the item (excluding shipping).
OR indicate you want it in the comments section when you pay via email, and we will invoice you for the actual cost of the insurance.
If the buyer chooses uninsured (against loss or damage) mail service Plaza Mildendo
will not be responsible for any damages that may happen to the package.

The buyer pays shipping, so we believe that the buyer has the right to choose the company we use to send the package
Our paypal
buttons are predetermined with the shipping cost via Mexican Post Service included tracking number.
But the buyer can choose, depending on the shipping address, from:
Mexican Postal Service (registered) Mexpost, Estafeta, DHL, UPS, Fedex, Multipack and others.
All merchandise will be packaged carefully! We are not responsible for any taxes and tariffs charged by customs.
Personal deliveries are possible within the Mexico-city area but only after the bank deposit.
We ship worldwide
We are able to send your package anywhere in the world.
Estimated delivery time
Delivery time does NOT depend on Plaza Mildendo. It depends on the shipper chosen by the buyer.
Plaza Mildendo promises to ship goods in stock within 4 business days after payment received
but not before payment clears; goods to order - please refer to Order Policies below.
No shipping of items until payment cleared by our bank.
After shipment Plaza Mildendo will send buyer a scan of the postal service receipt.
Order policy
Some items we offer are not in stock.
Therefore, the artisans of Plaza Mildendo will need time to produce these items for you.
Plaza Mildendo is house of the craftsmen who dedicate their free time (because their positions in this project is not their real job)
to fullfil your wishes and the wishes of your dolls, as Plaza Mildendo offers merchandise that is handmade and handcrafted, piece by piece, with great dedication
and love to the artisan work. We noticed lately that we can not satisfy the delivery times, that we established, in the case of the wooden furniture.
For us and we noticed that also for our customers is more important the quality and impeccable work than the dates. We are not big company
or factory, so we decided to make some changes in our policies and our customer service for offer more personalized and kind service to our client if they prefer it:
- The goods defined as - in stock - will be sent in fourth days after receiving clear payment.
- The goods defined as - to order - will be sent simply when it is ready and perfectly dry.
We can not provide assurance that it will be in one week, two or three. Please expect weeks!
We dont require the deposit or payment (in orders of value less than 200 USD, if the order´s value is highest we will specify the deposit especially
for each particular order) until we are absolutely sure that we can send your packet in next days.
All the time the coordinator will keep you informed about the process of the manufacture of your furniture,
so the you can, for example choose the fabrics that work best with the collor of your furniture or if your really like the decor chose previously.
- The custom goods made to order will be sent simply when it is ready and perfectly dry.
We can not provide assurance that it will be in one week, two or three. Please expect months!
Each new piece requires a very long time because we have to do prototype first and sometimes before achieving perfection is neccesary to do several prototypes.
We dont require the deposit or advance payment (in orders of value less than 200 USD, if the order´s value is highest we will specify the deposit especially
for each particular order)until we are absolutely sure that we can send your packet in next days.

Refund or Replacement Policy:
Returns or exchanges are accepted only the buyer hires a shipping service with insurance that provides a tracking number,
and if the buyer makes a claim within 7 days after receiving merchandise.
The goods have be sent back to Plaza Mildendo in the same condition as buyer received them,
and the buyer will have to demonstrate with photos that some damage occurred to the item during shipping.
It will be the responsibility of the buyer to pay shipping costs,
and no part of the initial shipping costs will be part of any refund.
Buyers who use a shipper with insurance who provides tracking numbers should
contact Plaza Mildendo so we can begin a complaint and request an investigation
The outcome of the investigation will determine if a refund for the cost of merchandise will be issued.
No shipping costs will be part of any refund.
Delay from Custom Inspection or Return Item by Custom will not establish any refund or replacement.
However, a special re-shipping fee would be offered.
